"From Homeland to Home", The Diaries

I just returned from Tehran, where I was born and raised, back to the Netherlands, my home for the last decade. All these years I refused to call the Netherlands home, Tehran remained my hometown all along, but this time I realised something is changing, I was becoming a tourist in my own city. The photos I took, the places I visited, all had a touristic aspect...someone told me years ago that the root will eventually get used to its new soil...
